UK Business Setup

Start your UK company with clear guidance

We explain each step, help you prepare and set up your launch essentials. Regulated steps are completed with Companies House or an authorised provider, and we are clear about who does what.

What we do and do not do

We can

  • Explain incorporation steps and choices in plain English
  • Introduce you to an authorised provider for filing and identity checks
  • Set up your domain, business email and website
  • Prepare you for marketplace and payment account applications

We do not

  • File incorporations with Companies House ourselves
  • Verify identities or collect passports through this website
  • Give legal, tax or immigration advice
  • Guarantee approvals, bank accounts or timescales

Official fees: Companies House sets its own incorporation fee, which is published on GOV.UK. Any Desirly service fee is always shown separately in your quote.

Do you register companies with Companies House?

Not directly. We explain the process and introduce you to an authorised provider for filing and identity verification. You can also register directly with Companies House.

How much does it cost to register a company?

Companies House sets the official fee, which is shown on GOV.UK and changes from time to time. Any Desirly service fee is shown separately in your quote.
