eBay Supplier Invoice Generator

Prepare genuine supplier invoices with automatic VAT and totals, PDF export and a verifiable final copy. For suppliers and authorised staff.

For genuine transactions only

  • Use this tool only if you are the supplier, or are authorised by the supplier, and the sale really happened.
  • Never enter another business's details, a VAT number that is not registered to the supplier, or purchases or payments that did not take place. That is fraud.
  • eBay decides which documents it accepts under its current policies. A genuine invoice from your actual supplier is what counts.

About this tool

A professional invoice preparation tool for genuine trade between a supplier and a buyer, such as a wholesaler invoicing an eBay seller. Enter real supplier and buyer details and line items, and the tool calculates VAT and totals, produces a print-ready PDF and keeps your invoice history. Drafts are clearly marked DRAFT. Final invoices need an account and a declaration that the details are true, and they carry a verification code. It must never be used to create invoices for transactions that did not happen.

Frequently asked questions

Will eBay accept invoices made with this tool?

eBay decides which documents it accepts under its current policies. A real invoice from your actual supplier is what matters; this tool helps genuine suppliers present one clearly.

Can I create an invoice from a supplier I did not buy from?

No. Creating invoices for purchases that did not happen, or using another business's identity without permission, is fraud. Our terms forbid it and final invoices record the account that issued them.
