Understand the steps to form a UK limited company and get connected with an authorised provider for filing and identity verification.

Please read before enquiring

Desirly does not file company incorporations or verify identities. Regulated steps are completed by you with Companies House or by an authorised corporate service provider. Companies House fees are set by Companies House and shown separately from any Desirly service fee. Please do not send identity documents through this website.

Forming a UK company means choosing a name, appointing directors, confirming people with significant control, providing a registered office address and completing identity verification. We explain each step in plain English, help you prepare, and introduce you to an authorised provider for the regulated parts.

Important: Desirly does not currently file incorporations with Companies House or carry out identity verification. These steps are completed either by you directly with Companies House or by an authorised corporate service provider.
