Service terms

Last updated: 14 October 2026. Draft for review by a qualified adviser before publication.

These terms apply when you accept a quote from (details to be added) (Desirly).

The agreement

Your accepted quote sets out the scope, deliverables, exclusions, price and payment schedule. These terms apply alongside it. If they conflict, the quote takes priority.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, timely feedback and access to the systems we need, granted through each platform's permission settings. You remain the owner of every account we work on.

Third-party decisions

Marketplaces, Companies House, app stores, banks and other third parties make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee approvals, rankings, sales or timescales they control.

Changes

Changes to scope are agreed in writing and may change the price or timeline.

Payment

Invoices are payable within the time stated on the quote or invoice.

Cancellation

If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right to cancel a services contract made online. If you ask us to start within that period, you may have to pay for work already done. Business customers may cancel as set out in the quote.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
