Refunds & cancellations

We want you to be confident before you commit, which is why every engagement starts with a written quote.

• Before work starts: you can cancel and any deposit is refunded, less any costs we have already incurred on your behalf and agreed in writing.
• Consumers: you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for services bought online. If you ask us to begin during that period, a proportionate charge may apply for work already done.
• During a project: you pay for work completed to date in line with the milestones in your quote.
• If something is wrong: tell us promptly. We will put it right or agree a fair remedy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Wholesale trade orders, when available, will have their own delivery and returns terms.
