What does Desirly do?
We help UK businesses source stock through a verified trade programme, sell online through marketplaces and their own stores, and run reliable websites, software and IT.
How much do your services cost?
Most work is quoted to scope so you only pay for what you need. Send an enquiry and we will reply with questions or a written quote that shows every cost before you commit.
Do I need an account to send an enquiry?
No. Anyone can send an enquiry. Create a free account with the same email address to follow your enquiries and accept quotes online.
Will you ask for my passwords?
Never. We work through the user-permission features that marketplaces and software providers offer, so you can grant and remove access yourself.
Can you guarantee marketplace approval?
No one honestly can. Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop make their own verification decisions. We help you prepare accurate information so you avoid common, avoidable problems.
Services and quotes
How does the quote process work?
After reviewing your enquiry we send a written quote with scope, deliverables, exclusions, price and validity date. You can accept or decline it in your dashboard.
Can the scope change after I accept?
Yes. Any change is agreed in writing, and if it affects the price or timeline we issue a revised quote first.
Who owns the website or code you build?
You do, once the agreed fees are paid. We hand over source code, accounts and documentation.
What is AEO and do I need it?
Answer Engine Optimisation helps AI assistants and search features (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews) understand and quote your business accurately. It builds on good SEO, so we usually do both together. No one can guarantee AI citations.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Our services are designed for UK businesses and founders setting up in the UK. Get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit.
Wholesale and trade
Who can apply for a trade account?
Registered businesses and sole traders who buy to resell or use in their business. We review each application before trade pricing is shown.
Can I see prices before applying?
Trade prices are shown only to approved trade customers. This keeps supplier pricing agreements intact.
Is the trade catalogue live?
We are onboarding verified UK suppliers now. Register your interest and we will contact you when your categories are available.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. The wholesale programme is for businesses only.
UK business setup
Do you register companies with Companies House?
Not directly. We explain the process and introduce you to an authorised provider for filing and identity verification. You can also register directly with Companies House.
How much does it cost to register a company?
Companies House sets the official fee, which is shown on GOV.UK and changes from time to time. Any Desirly service fee is shown separately in your quote.
Should I upload my passport here?
No. Please do not send identity documents through this website. Identity verification is carried out by Companies House or an authorised provider through their own secure process.
Can you give tax or legal advice?
No. We refer you to qualified accountants or solicitors for tax, VAT and legal advice.
